Thabelo Siala is a graduate from The University of Cape Town with BSc Mechanical Engineering and Masters degree in Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa (UNISA) with more than 15 years experience in Business Management and Corporate Governance at Executive and Board Level.
A seasoned and masterful entrepreneur and one of the founders of Tipp Focus Group, a fast growing medium size company focusing on various services. Services which are independent yet complementary to each other from value delivery to the customer satisfaction. Some of the organisations that Jack worked for include Accenture, Unisys, IT&T and Mercedes Benz Finance.
He is also part of the founding members of e-SEK Solutions, PM Focus Consulting and Tipp Focus Resourcing. His collective knowledge and experience has been applied in the Information Technology, Government, Transport, Forestry, Retail and Financial sectors.
When it comes to his leadership philosophy, Mazwi firmly believes in the power of strategy. “It unites organisations in a common purpose and vision,” he notes. “Once strategy has bee defined, and the team has been informed of it, i believe in letting people run with that strategy.
